Nortex Modular Space was awarded the three-year lease of an all-steel modular lunchroom facility totaling 5,000 square feet and the project was manufactured in September for October installation.

The Modular Lunchroom was installed on a permanent poured-in-place pier foundation at a Lyondell facility on the Gulf Coast.
